First Designs for Urban Swank!

I am so excited to share with you my first couple of designs for Urban Swank.  Their products are a dream to work with so this was so much fun for me!  I especially love the layout that I did for this, and hope that you like it as well!

 

 

3birds and me!

I'm not much for doing layouts about myself.  I usually hate photos of myself and don't know what to journal about, but this time it wasn't so bad.  I am in love with the new 3birds tweet trimmings and had a great time using this adorable border and turning it into a clothesline!  I hope you like it!

 

 

New Work & A Toot!

First of all I want to share some exciting news.....I just found out that I made the design team at Urban Swank!  I am so excited to be designing with Urban Lily products, and to be on the team with such great designers!  Be sure to check out the site for some great inspiration.
And now to share a couple of new designs for Scrap Again.  I had great papers from Pebbles and lots of fun embellies to work with.  I just love designing for this team!

Catch The Moments!

I just had to share this latest layout I did for Catch The Moments kits.  I used the Echo Park "For the Record" and am totally in love with this collection! Some New Scrap Again Designs!

Sorry it's been awhile since my last post.  Every one here has had a bout of the sickies and I am just now getting over a super nasty cold. It's been forever since I have had a good nights sleep.  Am keeping my fingers crossed that this weekend will bring me some much needed sleep.  Ok, enough about my terrible cold....let's talk scrapbooking!  This month I got to work with a beautiful kit from Scrap Again.  I just love the crate paper and all of the embellies they sent me.  Here's the layout and card that I came up with.

 

 

Fun with 3birds!

I have been having lots of fun working with my 3birds products over the last couple of weeks.  Nothing like having lots of snow days to scrap away! 

 
I just love the 3birds 3-D Embellishment stickers that I used on this layout!

 
I used the new "tweet trimmings" peacock on this one. There are so
many fabulous designs in this pack!

 
I made this bookmark for my daughter using the 3birds
straight from the nest cricut cartridge to make the
cute icecream cone and then used some homemade
rocksalt for the strawberry toppings.

 

New Designs for Catch The Moments

Today I thought I would share a couple of designs that I have done for Catch The Moments.  The kits over there are truly amazing and I am always super exited when one arrives on my doorstep.  Also, there is now a forum to chat on, so be sure to come by and introduce yourself!

 

 

I'm Going To Do Better, I Promise!

Now that the holidays are over I promise to do better at blog posting.  I am even challenging myself to post twice a week!  Now let's see if I can stick to it, lol!  I thought I would share some work I did for Scrap Again
This was my first month designing for them and I had such a great time working with the products they sent me.  In fact I think the "Snow Bear" layout might be one of my new favorites!

 

 

 

Look What I Got!

Ok, I have been wanting a library card catalog for my scrapbook room forever.  I love all of the little drawers and the nostalgic feel of them.  The problem was finding one & then being able to afford it!  Well my dad found one at an auction in rough shape (it was in the garage filled full of hardware, and was advertised as a tool storage unit) and bought it for me for Christmas.  He had to rebuild the sides and strip down the hardware and then made it a base and painted it to match my scrapbook room (it was too rough to keep natural as it had numerous layers of old paint and repairs on it).  I am beyond thrilled and have made little labels for all the drawers and filled them with all sorts of scrappy goodness!  Thanks dad!

 

 

Some Great News and Some Christmas Cards

First I will start off with sharing a couple of Christmas cards I made.  I love to make cards, and I think Christmas cards are my very favorite!  I also have some exciting news....I was chosen to be on the design team for Scrap Again!  I am so excited to have been chosen, and can't wait to get started designing for them!
